Meet the Managing Partner

Hyacinth Marie Salig-Bathan

is the Managing Partner of Salig-Bathan Law Firm (SB Law), specializing in civil, criminal, and labor litigation. She also serves as general counsel to several corporations engaged in construction, aesthetics, real estate, business process outsourcing, manpower services, and trading.

Prior to establishing SB Law, she worked as an Executive Assistant to an Associate Justice of the Court of Appeals – Manila, where she gained substantial experience in drafting appellate decisions and resolutions. She later served as a lawyer at the Public Attorney’s Office – Makati District, where she underwent extensive training in criminal and civil litigation.

After nearly five (5) years in government service, she transitioned to private practice and eventually established her own law firm. She further developed her expertise in corporate practice while handling corporate accounts at Rubio-Aguinaldo and Salig-Bathan Attorneys-at-Law (RASBLAW).

She currently manages Salig-Bathan Law Firm, with offices in Quezon City and San Pedro City, Laguna, and serves as corporate secretary for several corporations.
